By downloading, installing, or using Home Tile Match (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may use the App only with parental or legal guardian consent.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
• Use the App for unlawful purposes.

4. User Accounts

Certain features may require creating an account or linking to third-party accounts (e.g., Google, Apple, Facebook). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Virtual Items and Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases of virtual items or virtual currency.

• Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value.
• We may change, suspend, or remove virtual items at any time.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools;
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users;
• Upload or distribute harmful content (e.g., viruses, illegal or offensive materials).

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The App may display advertisements and use third-party services such as analytics and ad networks. Your interactions with such third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for other legitimate business reasons.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes here. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the SIAC Rules, unless we choose another dispute resolution mechanism.
